Rusholme Road

Our clients purchased this home nine years prior to this renovation, and three children later, they were ready to make some big changes. They wanted to maintain the house's beautiful architectural details (namely the Douglas fir beams and exposed brick). Still, the Western style left behind by the former bachelor owner had outstayed its welcome, and their kids no longer wanted to share a room!

We transformed the space by gutting the top two floors and adding a primary suite on the third floor, along with three beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets for each child. We enhanced the features they loved while creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout the home. The main floor was reconfigured to create a "heart" at the back, and a kitchen they could enjoy that was joined with the family room.

The home had incredible bones, and with our clients, we created a space they could live in and love for years to come.
