Annex Refresh

The Annex is one of Toronto's most diverse neighbourhoods, filled with energy and beautiful Victorian homes, turning this area into one of the city's biggest hot spots. This house is no exception, a semi that had not been touched since the owner moved in 10 years ago; the place was ready for a facelift. Incorporating colour and texture into this space, layering the new in with the old, we re-imagined this client's beloved home, resulting in a space that could be enjoyed for the next 10 (or more!) years.

Working closely with our client to design her dream space, no detail was left unfinished. Pops of colour and texture are what make this space both memorable and timeless. A trained artist herself, we worked to incorporate works done by friends and family so they would not only pop but also complement the design, creating a gallery-space feel while maintaining its warmth and character.
